As the Managing Agent for Valencia on the Lake Homeowner’s Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce a Virtual Informational Townhall Meeting scheduled for Thursday, August 17th, 2023, at 6:00p.m. . The purpose of this meeting is to provide homeowners and residents with updates regarding the Reserve Study, Supplemental Assessment in the amount of $250.00 to be due October 1st, 2023, discussions on the anticipated 2024 Assessment Increase, and other Community updates. The aforementioned information is for “informational purposes only” and no official business will be conducted during this meeting.
