Amenity Center and Gym Deep Clean

As the Managing Agent for Valencia on the Lake Homeowners Association, Inc. we would like to announce that we have scheduled a deep clean for the Amenity Center and Gym on Sunday, October 12th. The Amenity Center and Gym will be closed from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

We politely ask that you do not access the building during this time to allow enough time for the workers to complete cleaning and the floors to dry. The Amenity Center will reopen on Sunday evening, October 12th and closing at normal hours.
