Voting Extended - Special Meeting of the Members Rescheduled

First Amendment to Association Bylaws
Please be advised, due to not meeting the quorum requirements needed to hold the upcoming Special Meeting of the Members. We will be extending the voting time to allow all Members of the Association to submit either their Ballot or Proxy. If you have already submitted a form, please do not resubmit. If you are unable to call in and attend the meeting, please be sure to submit a proxy form to ensure the quorum requirements is met.

Once a new date has been determined, we will send communication out to all residents of the new meeting date. Below is the link to the Association’s website that will take you to all the Special Meeting forms that can be submitted online.

If you have mailed your ballot or proxy into Essex Association Management, L.P. please email abarnes@essexhoa.com directly. Essex would like to make sure we have received all homeowner forms prior to the rescheduled meeting, and will provide confirmation upon receipt to confirm your vote. We want to make sure all homeowners’ documentation has been accounted for so we don’t have to reschedule for another Special Meeting at a later date, and avoid additional costs to the Association.
Here are (4) Ways You Can Submit Your Vote:
1. You can cast your vote electronically from your Association’s website at: www.valenciaonthelakehoa.com
2. Email your Ballot or Proxy to: Abarnes@essexhoa.com
3. Fax your Ballot or Proxy to: (972) 342-8205 ATTN: Ashton Barnes / Subject Line: Valencia on the Lake Ballot/Proxy
4. Mail in your Ballot or Proxy to: 1512 Crescent Drive, Ste. 112, Carrollton, TX 75006 (Attention: Ashton Barnes)
