Posted Gym Rules

As the Managing Agent for Valencia on the Lake Homeowners Association, Inc. we are pleased to announce that new Gym Rules have been posted throughout the fitness area at the amenity center. Please be mindful these rules apply to all residents, guests, and all members residing at the same property address. All violators of the gym rules will be reported and privileges will be suspended.
