Amenity Center GYM Deep Clean

As the Managing Agent for Valencia on the Lake Homeowners Association, Inc. we would like to announce that we have scheduled a deep clean for the Amenity Center Gym on Sunday, October 20th. The Amenity Center Gym will be closed from 7:00am - 6:00pm and will reopen at 6pm for normal hours. The Amenity Center building will be accessible during this time but not the gym. Should you have any questions regarding this matter you may email your Association Manager, Caspar Sullivan at caspar@essexhoa.com or submit your inquiry via the “Contact Us” tab on the Association’s website www.valenciaonthelakehoa.com and an Essex representative will respond promptly.
