Please Observe Speed Limits

As part of our shared commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming neighborhood, we kindly remind all residents to observe the 40 MPH posted speed limit along Rockhill Parkway. Adhering to the speed limit not only ensures your safety but also protects pedestrians, families, and pets who may be nearby.

It is imperative that drivers remain alert and cautious, especially when vendors are working along the roadway or in the median. We have had three separate incidents where our landscape vendors were clipped by passing vehicles along Rockhill Parkway. These incidents are preventable and pose serious risks to those working to maintain the beauty of our neighborhood.

If you see workers along the median or curb, please move over to the other lane when it is safe to do so. Giving them space is not just courteous—it's critical for their safety.
