Reminder – Amenity Center Hours and Alarm Enforcement

This is a friendly reminder that the Amenity Center hours are 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily. All residents and guests must vacate the facility by 11:00 p.m. to ensure the building can be secured.

Please be aware:

• The Amenity Center alarm system is armed automatically outside of operating hours.
• If the alarm is triggered after hours, the Little Elm Police Department (LEPD) will respond.
• Any false alarm charges billed to the HOA by LEPD may be passed on to the homeowner responsible for causing the false alarm.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping keep the Amenity Center secure and ensuring everyone can continue enjoying the amenities safely.
